This website is operated by Flawless Beauty S.R.L. („Podo Step By Step”), with its registered office at Str. 2. Services and appointments

Appointments made by phone, WhatsApp, the digital assistant or the website form are booking requests, not confirmed bookings. The day and time window you indicate are preferences; the final time is confirmed by the clinic team. We reserve the right to reschedule a session for medical or organisational reasons, with prior notice to the patient.

3. Prices

This website does not display prices. The cost of each treatment is determined following the assessment carried out at the clinic, depending on the complexity of the case, and is communicated to you before treatment begins. Payment is made at the clinic; this website does not process online payments.

4. Medical information

The content of this website, including the digital assistant's replies, is general information only and does not constitute a diagnosis, consultation or medical advice. Your treatment plan is established exclusively following an assessment at the clinic. Results vary from case to case: the photographs and reviews on this website show individual cases and are not a guarantee of any result. In a medical emergency, call 112.

5. The digital assistant

The digital assistant on this website is an automated, AI-based program. It can make mistakes, cannot confirm appointments and does not give medical advice; for any decision, the clinic team replies to you directly. Messages written to the assistant are sent only after you give your consent, as described in the Privacy policy.

6. Reviews

The reviews displayed on this website are excerpts, quoted verbatim, from the public reviews left by clients on the clinic's Google profile; the English and French versions are translations of those reviews. We do not publish fictitious reviews.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, images, graphic elements) belongs to Podo Step By Step and may not be reproduced without prior consent. The names Segment L®, Infinity Titanium®, M-Brace®, Arkada®, Lift Up and SIDAS belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the techniques used at the clinic.

8. Dispute resolution and applicable law

We aim to resolve any complaint amicably; please write to us first at office@podostepbystep.ro. As a consumer, you may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through the ANPC platform reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. Information on resolving consumer disputes in the European Union is available on the European Commission website. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
